Hi! I’m Tali Arielle, and I love to dance and meditate.
Dance is basically my all-time favorite hobby in the whole world!!! I feel happiest when I am dancing. I am able to let go of everything and be where I am at this moment.
For several years, I had a hard time falling sleeping at night and I found that meditations helped me sleep better. I was able to relax and quiet my mind. After listening to the same meditations every night I started to wonder if there were any meditations that I could listen to with kids’ voices. It turned out that there weren’t too many options, so I decided to make my own. I have now been producing guided meditations for a year and a half. Meditating has not only helped me sleep better but it has helped with everything. I love meditating and am especially interested in helping other kids learn to meditate too!
Since COVID-19 started, I had to find ways to keep dancing and connect with other dancers online. I was so grateful for my online dance community and I began doing more dance classes over zoom with friends. I also began teaching other kids too. I would love you to take a dance class with me or listen to my meditations. And I am most excited to bring dance and meditation together in some fun virtual classes. I believe we can all let go and find joy through movement.
